A premium blend with notes of milk chocolate, blackberry, plums, a hint of spice, and vibrant acidity rounding out the taste experience.  This blend consists of beans from Brazil, which contributes classic coffee characteristics of nuts and caramel, Colombia, adding spice, blackberry and milk chocolate, and Guatemala, providing hints of cherry, dark chocolate and brown sugar.  This blend works very well for milk-based espresso drinks.

Fantastic Blend

Yet another great blend either as espresso or with milk. Lots of caramel, chocolate and nice acidity to balance. Good length.
Every blend we’ve had so far has been outstanding. Difficult to pick a favourite..

Summer Hill is stunning

If you’re after a brew that’s ultra smooth, righ and milk chocolatey then SummerHill is for you. If it’s brewed right, there’s not a hint of any kind of bitterness, but also enough body.
