A premium blend with notes of milk chocolate, blackberry, plums, a hint of spice, and vibrant acidity rounding out the taste experience.  This blend consists of beans from Brazil, which contributes classic coffee characteristics of nuts and caramel, Colombia, adding spice, blackberry and milk chocolate, and Guatemala, providing hints of cherry, dark chocolate and brown sugar.  This blend works very well for milk-based espresso drinks.

Summer Hill is stunning

If you’re after a brew that’s ultra smooth, righ and milk chocolatey then SummerHill is for you. If it’s brewed right, there’s not a hint of any kind of bitterness, but also enough body.

Good chocolatey blend

Good espresso blend. Medium roasted. A solid go-to. Wife likes this and Ashfield blend for French press.

A standout

I have tried some bespoke Sydney coffee brands and also better commercial blends. For use in my ECM espresso machine, none surpassed the Summer Hill. Excellent!
