A premium blend with notes of milk chocolate, blackberry, plums, a hint of spice, and vibrant acidity rounding out the taste experience. This blend consists of beans from Brazil, which contributes classic coffee characteristics of nuts and caramel, Colombia, adding spice, blackberry and milk chocolate, and Guatemala, providing hints of cherry, dark chocolate and brown sugar. This blend works very well for milk-based espresso drinks.

If you love their Croydon Blend the Summer Hill Blend is definitely worth trying. I like a strong full flavoured coffee. Summer Hill hits the spot.
The summer Hill blend is always on point and will be coming back time and time again
Yet another great blend either as espresso or with milk. Lots of caramel, chocolate and nice acidity to balance. Good length.
Every blend we’ve had so far has been outstanding. Difficult to pick a favourite..
For me it is neck and neck between Summer Hill and Ashfield blends.
Very nice blend my wife and I we love it.
If you’re after a brew that’s ultra smooth, righ and milk chocolatey then SummerHill is for you. If it’s brewed right, there’s not a hint of any kind of bitterness, but also enough body.
Just tried the croydon blend, lovely toasty taste! Am moving on to the summer hill blend next
Good espresso blend. Medium roasted. A solid go-to. Wife likes this and Ashfield blend for French press.
I have tried some bespoke Sydney coffee brands and also better commercial blends. For use in my ECM espresso machine, none surpassed the Summer Hill. Excellent!
We love the Summer Hill Blend. Garage Roasters produces great tasting coffee which is amazingly consistent so that we don’t even have to think! We love not having to change the grind settings.
To me this has a mild well rounded and rich flavour, no bitterness.
Never disappoints. Freshly roasted beans and smooth but deep flavour.
These beans are the the foundation of my day, nothing remotely interesting happens until these are ground and brewed. Then all the good stuff happens.
