The origin changes from week to week and is usually either a natural process Ethiopian or a washed process Kenyan.

Natural process Ethiopians have flavour notes of citrus, berries, stone fruit, dark chocolate, cacao, spice, peach, floral hints.

Washed process Kenyans taste of citrus, spice, and blackberry and future beautiful sparkling acidity.

Amazing coffee

I bought the single origin coffee ground for espresso as I haven’t yet bought a grinder. The coffee was delicious. Looking forward to ordering beans once I have my own grinder

Great results in a Moka pot!

We've been doing stove-top coffees for a few years now - brewed this using a fine to medium grind, and the results have been sensational!
