A strongly caffeinated thank you from the team at Garage Roasters

Everyone I have been speaking to recently seems to be exhausted... "bring on the holidays" is the common refrain.

Here at the roastery we're feeling a similar sentiment.  2024 has been quite the year, a massive roller coaster.  The lows dominated by the passing of my mother.  However, there have certainly been some highlights to remember... being featured in the November 22, 2024 issue of Good Food in the Sydney Morning Herald/Age as well as winning a number of roasting competition medals.

The highlights could not have been achieved with your support.  Thank you all so much.  I look forward to a 2025 with more highlights and fewer lowlights!  A 2025 where I can roast tonnes of coffee to delight you.  A year of experimentation... I'll be launching my Facebook/Instagram advertising campaign in January.

In the meantime, I hope that you all have a wonderful and rejuvenating holiday season and that you have a fabulous time with family and friends.
