Quick note on long weekend trading...
It's lovely to have our coffee out there in cafés... Outfield Café in Ashfield has the Kenyan Pour Over available as batch brew, and "juicy as" is exactly the right flavour profile description. I also received some useful feedback from the owner of the café:
"Just cracked the Kenya and it's great. Sweetness with oolong qualities and a plum finish."
With regard to the coming long weekend, I will roast Thursday this week which means that coffee out for delivery will be picked up next Tuesday and likely delivered next Wednesday to Friday.
