A short newsletter this week...
It's school holidays, it's cold, all I want to do is hibernate... so forgive me for the brevity of this week's newsletter.
I roast a lot of coffees searching for really interesting offerings. A lot of my focus recently has been on coffee beans processed using cutting edge techniques which result in fascinating flavour and texture outcomes. It's one of the most enjoyable parts of running a coffee roasting business.
I'm considering a new product which will represent an opportunity to participate in the experimental side of coffee roasting. I'll have something ready by next week and am thinking that I'll call it "Coffee Prototypers". Please drop me a line if you think this is of interest to you.
