It made me reflect on how joyous it is to spend time working with coffee, the enjoyment of which feels so innately human, drives connection, and is so distinctive from the cliff edge of that future which we all face... one potentially dominated by artificial intelligence.
The festive season is such a wonderful opportunity to take a well-earned break, reflect on the year past, spend time with loved ones, and put energy into our most important relationships.
