Garage Roasters' most popular products are its blends... Croydon, Summer Hill, Out of Africa, Bête Noire, and Ashfield. Our blends represent 70% of sales in total. It's no coincidence that the Croydon Blend is my wife Helen's favourite coffee.
And my favourite coffee? The Costa Rica Volcan Azul Geisha Natural.
I have been entranced with Geisha since the first time I tasted it. The varietal has remarkable elegance, clarity and acid balance. This is the coffee I pull out when I want to impress someone! It's also the coffee I drink when I want to experience something special. I deliberately ration out the experience because I'm a little scared that tasting something brilliant too often will make me blasé about it.
