Should we be roasting limited editions for pour over?

Should we be roasting limited editions for pour over?

A couple of quick questions for our wonderful customers...

How many of you make/drink pour over?  As I've mentioned in a previous newsletter, I believe that pour over is one of the most amazing ways to taste coffee and it's extremely cost efficient to boot!

In the last few months our access to ridiculously good but limited volume green beans has exploded!  Some examples include:

Ethiopia - Yirgacheffe Tulisi Anaerobic Natural

Costa Rica - Volcan Azul Geisha Anaerobic

Campo Hermoso - Pink Bourbon Natural Rose Mossto Co-Ferment

Ethiopia - Kochere Carbonic Grade 1 Girma Bekele

We've been using these beans in our Coffee Prototypers and Limited Edition Espresso series but do feel that, if there is sufficient demand, we should be roasting these for pour over.

Can you please let us know if a Limited Edition Pour Over series would be of interest to you?  Thank you so much.
