Regular readers of the Garage Roasters' blog will know that I love crafting a bit of latte art. I'm very glad that I can form an image at all... but also recognise that the people who are really good at doing latte art are SOOOO much better than I am.
In my opinion, latte art demonstrates two things:
1. Your milk is well textured; and
2. You've made a lot of milk-based coffees!
I'd like to invite you to send in photos of your latte art please. I'll select a couple to post up next week and I'll select using two criteria... (1) quality of aesthetics and (2) sense of fun!
Please do send 'em in. If nobody sends anything then I'll maintain an awkward silence around the whole request!
