One of the joys of roasting coffee is that I get to roast the stuff I really want to try. I have eclectic tastes and love drinking coffees with extreme flavour characters.
Often this means that the ferment character of the coffees I want to drink are off the charts - think super ripe berry or tropical fruit notes. If you're interested in this sort of flavour profile I'll be making a special process coffee available ongoing from next week. The last smash hit was the Kenya Maguta Supernatural but unfortunately there is no longer supply of those green beans. Next week I'll be offering up coffees like the Colombia El Indio Caturra as well as the Rwanda Gisanga Red Bourbon Anaerobic Natural. These are exciting coffees in extremely limited supply (for example I only have a small amount left of the Rwanda and the green beans are already out of stock). Watch this space.
