A short newsletter this week as we're away on holidays until Sunday July 27.

A friend and neighbour, let's refer to this person as M, recently used our coffee beans as part of a beer making experiment.  I'm very happy to say that the end product was delicious.  The right level of bitterness, excellent coffee highlights and a really satisfying overall mouthfeel.  I really enjoyed the beer, thanks M!
